These things were formulated Guide for Conducts which consists of 12 items of the Company’s values.
All employees must subscribe to this Guide for Conduct to serve as basis for conduct in fostering relations
between employees and the Company, among and between fellow employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, stakeholders, the government and public.
Breach of the Company’s Code of Ethics Conduct is handled through a mechanism resulting in verbal reprimand, issuance of Letter of Warning (I, II III), not being given salary increase / job promotion, to termination of employment. The mechanism of arrangement for breaching the Company’s Code of Ethics was made in accordance to the applicable manpower regulations
